EIC has more than 30 professional designers to dedicated in CAD, CAE and CAM  mold design. Our design team always keeps in mind that a good design is the key to get high productivity and performance mold. EIC mold designers work with cross functional teams such as Project Department, Mold Manufacture Department, and Quality Engineering Department. There will be a kick-off meeting for each mold to review product design, customer’s requirements and special characteristics for achieving the optimization of the mold design. After kick-off meeting, one detailed mold design FMEA report and Moldflow analysis report will be sent to customer for review. Subsequently a full 3D Mold layouts will be sent to customer for approval accordingly.
